Jax For Senate

---This is satire and not a real political party!---

In Memoriam

Jax

2013 - 2023

It is with a heavy heart that we inform everyone of the passing of Senator Jax. He was a guiding force and friend to all who knew him. He was always ready with a gentle nuzzle, or wise word when needed. He friends and family were always the driving force behind his push to make life better for all.

Jax's final wishes for all to donate to local shelters, and pay attention to those in need around you. He also encourages everyone to take time to walk around the neighborhood they live in and meet you neighbors.

Jax's favorite public figure to reference was Fred Rogers, in this spirit he reminds all to be the helpers that are needed in times of need and strife. He hopes that those he touched in his various ways through life will take these lessons and give back like he did.

Jax's staff will be contacting those mentioned in his will and family members. We ask during this event to be respectful of his friends and family. Per his wishes there will be no public funeral, or ceremonies. It is our belief that he would wish those who knew him to mourn him in his own way.

It is encouraged to donate to the following charaties in Jax's name to continue his legacy of alturism and support of community:

Richmond VA SPCA

Richmond Helping Hands

Jax

Jax is a veteran of political office. He started his career by serving in the local school board in Richmond, VA before moving on to serve in the Virginia House. It was after that he moved and began his run for US Senate. His favorite exercise is squirrel chasing, and he prefers to pass time napping and sampling treats.

Jax's time spent in politics led him to learn the values of patience, observation and cooperation. He has valued all of these as he worked to gain support, including even support from The Cat Coalition to the plight of working animals across the country. In his time in office he has helped guide multiple bills and votes through the confusing world of human politics.

Jax's work in bringing the Universal Pet Support Bill to the floor for debate won him recognition from canine's across the country. This struggle is detailed in his upcoming memoir Why We Bark that is set to be released in January 2024.

Jax has also garnered a very supportive human coalition behind him, having working with all parties of the "Human Congressional Machine," at one point or another to ensure support for his policies. He can regularly be seen taking meetings with his human coworkers while he engages in squirrel chasings, or sheep herding to keep up his health.
