Sir Howard, or Howie as he's known to his friends, is a major donor to The Dog Party. Howie became involved with The Dog Party after immigrating to the United States. He believes that involvement in the political process is essential to ones civic duty. Currently Howie runs 3 restaurants around the world and donates heavily to The Dog Party and those running under its platform.
